STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment & Booking:
All Studio services require payment in full to secure your spot on our calendar. No work will begin until payment is received.

2. Scheduling & Rescheduling:
Once booked, you’ll receive an intake questionnaire and access to schedule your kickoff or strategy call. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed calls or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Deliverables & Scope:
Your service includes only what is outlined in the package description. Any additional work outside the agreed scope—like extra systems, additional revisions, or add-on support—will incur an additional fee at our current hourly/project rate.

4. Turnaround Time:
We deliver all agreed deliverables within the timeline outlined at the booking. Client feedback is expected within 3 business days at each stage; delays in response may extend your project timeline.

5. Refunds & Cancellations:
Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is made.

6. Exceptions
We understand that life happens—emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but we reserve the right to enforce this policy to protect the integrity of our calendar and the experience of all clients.

7. Intellectual Property:
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use any materials we create for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our proprietary frameworks, templates, or internal processes.

8. Liability:
Our services are designed to support your business growth, but we make no guarantees of specific financial results. You accept full responsibility for your own business decisions and outcomes.

9. Communication:
All project communication will take place via email and/or the agreed communication channel (e.g., email or Slack for follow-up). Support is limited to the timeline stated in your package.

SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment:
All products must be paid in full at checkout. No partial payments or holds.

2. Delivery:
Digital products are delivered instantly via a download link or email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see your files within 15 minutes. For physical products, see the shipping details provided at checkout and the tracking code.

3. Refunds:
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
